What is digitizing?

 

Digitizing is the art of taking your image and turning it into a format the embroidery machine can stitch out using special software. The better or more accurate the digitized design, the better the stitch out will be.

 

What is the cost for digitizing?

 

The charge for digitizing is based on the size and complexity of the artwork and is a one-time only charge. The fees for this process average between $40.00 and $200.00. We will give you a free quote on any design.

 

How do I get my artwork to you?

 

Your artwork can be uploaded to us through a link on the home page. You can also email the artwork to us.

 

Is there a minimum order?

 

No. Once we have determined your design set-up (digitizing) you can order one item or any number you choose.

 

Can I supply my own items to be embroidered?

 

Yes you may. We accept all customer supplied items. Keep in mind some items will stitch out a design better than others.

 

What items do you offer?

 

We offer the full spectrum of corporate and leisure wear as well as children’s. We also offer specialty items such as hats of all types, aprons, golf towels, etc. The products we choose to offer are of the highest quality and at a very competitive price point.

 

How long will it take to do the order?

 

We fill orders on a first come, first served basis. We usually can fill an order in 3-5 working days (depending on the size of the order) after customer approval of the sew-out and materials are received.
